Level 2 Technical Support Roles are available in downtown Ottawa
Class starts March 12 2012

These are permanent positions with benefits and $18/hour
Hour are Monday-Sunday 7am-12am
In this role you will take inbound technical support questions
You will work with a team to find solutions

The position comes with 5 weeks paid training
Close to major bus routes

We need bilingual people with technical support education or experience
You must also have 2 years of call centre experience
