Job Title: Enterprise Process Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be involved in various enterprise wide cross-functional initiatives to enhance effectiveness through alignment of business processes with business strategy. In this position, the incumbent will work with a team of business Process Architects and Analysts and various business units within RIM to define the enterprise value streams, their relationships to all external entities, other enterprise value streams, and the events that trigger instantiation. The successful candidate will need to apply skills and expertise in business process redesign, continuous improvement, and process implementation while displaying project and program management leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
•Providing high-level leadership and expertise in the design of enterprise wide cross functional core, supporting and managing processes through the use of appropriate process improvement methodologies and tools like Lean, Six Sigma, BPM and value-stream mapping
•Identifying strengths and areas for process improvement at the enterprise level, establishing links between business strategies and improvement initiatives and proposing new business models with supporting metrics and targets that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
•Providing collaboration and facilitation to elicit innovative concepts and ideas from the business community by using 'outside the box' thinking to get business stakeholders to migrate from current state processes to future state processes
•Surveying and analyzing best practices for techniques and processes
•Conceptualizing solutions that address the customer opportunities and issues
•Understanding latest architecture, technology, solutions and industry trends
•Meeting with customer business and technical leaders to identify and scope the business opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, and identifying risks and constraints
•Acting as mentor or coach to other team members by providing training and guidance
•Assisting with achieving overall Department and Business goals

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
•10+ years experience leading large-scale transformations of complex business processes resulting in significant and sustainable results
•Ability to demonstrate expertise in modeling and discussing business processes at an enterprise level in a way that enables and influences strategic transformational decisions for the company
