IT Support Technician (Airport) (31 Fasken Drive)

We are currently looking for someone out of School or someone from "Geek squad" type job
Job Highlights:
- providing a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable first point of contact to our client
- supporting end user computers and basic networks using our support platform
- managing email and phone service requests by creating, completing and following set out processes
- imaging systems, creating/maintaining IT related documentation, providing desk-side and remote support
- other duties
Mandatory Requirements:
- FULLY FLUENT in English with impeccable conversation skills and clarity
- solid, demonstrated experience with the following products:
--- Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7
--- Microsoft Outlook (connecting to Exchange)
--- Microsoft Word, Excel and other desktop productivity software
- experience with networked printers and devices
- experience with a broad variety of networking equipment including basic routers, switches and wireless
- experience with Active Directory, Organizational Units, password resets, account unlocking, etc.
A Successful Candidate Will Have:
- a strong customer focus with the ability to establish good working relationships with others
- excellent communication skills and is fully fluent in English
- strong organizational, planning, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- demonstrated technical documentation skills and is detail oriented
- experience in effectively coordinating and executing multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently while working with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- self-motivation with the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving problems independently and knowing when to escalate issues
- the initiative to monitor one's own work for quality and be able to assess impact of decision
- experience with service management tools (i.e. helpdesk ticketing systems)
- Microsoft Windows XP/Vista or 7 Certification
