Our client has an immediate need for Service /Help Desk. This is a two year contract.

Excellent understanding of the Active Directory environment, Expert knowledge of multiple tools and resources used to troubleshoot and complete client requests, ensure adherence to established processes and security guidelines. Excellent verbal, listening, speech quality communication skills
Ability to speak fluent English, Efficient multi-tasking; Able to quickly learn & understand, Ability to work effectively within a large team, Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic environment; Strong team interaction, Excellent work ethic, Strong troubleshooting skills using good logic and efficient methods, Flexible to scheduling changes and overtime as required, Demonstrate willingness to seek solutions through knowledge base documentation; Minimum 2 year IT College Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution, Technical training or equivalent experience in ID Administration
