With almost 10 years of experience in the industry, the company is now planning on expanding production operations in Vancouver, B.C. further.
NewspaperDirect is searching for a Digital Support Specialist to join our Network Operations Group. This person is primarily responsible for providing daily support to our clients over the phone or by email.
Responsibilities:
1) Handle digital/technical inquiries by phone and email in a timely manner
2) Report to the manager on weekly and monthly basis
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
1) Fluent in French and English (both writte and spoken)
2) Great attention to details
3) experience in digital support and training groups as well as individuals
4) excellent customer support skills by phone and email
5) Relevant technical skills and troubleshooting skills
6) Fast typing skills
Asset:
2) Familiar with Mac and Windows operating systems
2) Familiar with latest gadgets such as iPad/iPhone
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be completely fluent (written and spoken) in French and English. They will be responding to technical or generals queries over the phone and email, in a timely manner. The job entails supporting high volumes of technical/general calls on a daily basis, so pleasant phone manners are a must.
