Copier Field/Shop Technician (Lower Mainland)

Position Responsibilities
Repair and maintain office equipment including diagnostic testing, cleaning, repairing and replacing parts, as well as preventative maintenance.
Interacts with customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
Performs equipment installations, sets up IP addresses, downloads printer drivers and provides customer training.
Maintains and manages own parts inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
Is willing to accept and can handle additional responsibilities.
Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting readily to changing priorities.
Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
Exhibits professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
Experience with Sharp, Konica Minolta and/or Kyocera preferred. Experience with Canon and Ricoh an asset.
Two+ years of industry copier or printer repair experience beneficial.
Must have excellent mechanical skills along with electronic and computer network knowledge.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.
Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle.
