About us:
Our products are web-based GPS tracking services built on GSM and satellite devices and networks.

We are looking for a self-motivated, technically savvy person to provide Customer Care and Technical Support for our rapidly growing customer base. It's a really cool technology and we are a successful start-up with all the craziness that implies!

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:
- Direct customer support over the phone and Support Tickets
- Evaluate and solve customer inquiries

Core Responsibilities:
- Supply best-in-class Customer Care and Technical Support to customers
- Evaluate and solve customer problems with focus on first call resolution
- Project manage all issues and ensure escalated support tickets are resolved within defined timelines
- Book installations and confirm customer agreement to pricing when necessary
- Suggest tools, process, and business improvements
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through "consider it done" attitude
- Properly document all support calls and inquiries
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner

Required Skills:
- 1-2 years in a similar technical support role
- Good understanding of GPS, GSM and Satellite technologies
- Advanced electronic troubleshooting (measuring, layouts and soldering, 12-30Volt vehicle environment)
- Basic troubleshooting: web-based services
- Excellent communications skills: good spoken and written English, and ability to explain technical things clearly to less technical people
- Excellent people skills: (ability to assist confused, angry or non tech customers professionally)
- Excellent organization skills (computer and real world)
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Windows, MS Office.
- Required to learn and use our in-house account, order and support Backoffice system.
- 7AM - 3:30PM working hours
- Other written/spoken languages (Russian and/or French especially)
