Helpdesk Server/Network Support (Maple Ridge)
CLick here for more details and to apply to this jobPosition Overview: The Network Server/ Network Support Analyst works closely within the call centre department and will be responsible for assisting the network and desktop teams with all related support issues. They will also assist onsite technicians in resolving complex network hardware and software issues and provided project based support. In this position you will be a technical liaison between the clients, the company and other external software/hardware/service providers. You will support our data center services to our cloud clients insuring uptime is maintained.
