Role: Technical Support Representative.

Support consists of both web-based and telephone support for external/remote customer installations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

■Email and phone Support
■Upgrade/installation assistance via remote session
■Assist customers' product questions / installation issues
■Forward customer suggestions and bugs to the Tier II
■Re-create bugs and errors as reported by customers
■Logs calls with clear information
■Create knowledge base articles
■Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adhere to established deadlines and perform under pressure

Qualifications:

■Education: Technical Diploma/Degree
■Technical skills: IIS, SQL Server, Windows Server, CSS, ASP.Net
■Some Development experience in VB, C# a definite asset
■Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills as well as previous experience in a customer support environment are essential to this position
■Strong research, analysis, and problem solving skills in an IT environment
