Looking for professional IT support for a small business (4 computers). Knowledge of PCs required:
- Assist with back up of files (Acronis currently being used)
- Assist with migration to Google Business Aps OR Lunar Pages (email integration/exchange server and cloud file storage) / synchronization of email and documents across computers
- Mapping network drives
- Dropbox
- Consolidating files
- Antivirus software
- Assist with transfer from PC system to Mac
- Regular maintenance of computers
- Available for emergency tech support
