We provide services ranging from project-based technical and professional services to fully-managed infrastructure operations. We support a number of different verticals including Medical, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Education.
This Technician (level I/II) position is primarily responsible for providing both remote and onsite services for our clients in the Fraser Valley.
Mandatory requirements for this position are:
Minimum 2 years support experience in IT environments
Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written English skills
Expertise using office productivity tools such as MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Valid driver's license and vehicle
Exceptional Customer service skills
A+ Certification
Desirable requirements for this position are:
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification
Experience with virtualization technologies
