Location: Surrey, BC
Status: Full Time w/ Benefits and Bonus

Been in business for over 30 years, we focus on support, design, planning and implementation services to our customers. We provide services ranging from project-based technical and professional services to fully-managed infrastructure operations. We support a number of different verticals including Medical, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Education.

This Technician (level I/II) position is primarily responsible for providing both remote and onsite services for our clients in the Fraser Valley.

Mandatory requirements for this position are:

• Minimum 2 years support experience in IT environments
• Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written English skills
• Expertise using office productivity tools such as MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• A+ Certification

Desirable requirements for this position are:

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification
• Experience with virtualization technologies
