We have an immediate opening for a Temporary 2-3 Months Contract Client Services Representative on our front-line customer support team. This may lead to full-time employment. As a Client Services Representative, you play a key role as a contact for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

● Answering customer emails and phone calls.
• Taking ownership of incoming customer support requests about our products and services.
• Answering questions and finding solutions to problems in a prompt, professional manner.
• Working closely with other members of the CityXpress support team, and with management and development staff, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements and Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple responsibilities, prioritize projects and work under tight time constraints.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
• Commitment to complete customer satisfaction.

Minimum Experience: One year in a fast-paced customer service centre, Internet operations centre, or similar experience.

Languages: You must be fluent in English. French would be an asset.
